How to manage the expectations of beneficiaries and host communities in complementary pathways programs? | Virtual meeting
During the SAFE workshops organized on May and June 2021, participants underlined a common challenge to adequately address and manage the expectations of beneficiaries and host communities in complementary pathways programs. This meeting aims at providing reinforced support to organizations involved in these programs to improve their expectation management processes. Based on concrete experiences, participants will exchange on their practices, challenges, and reflect on innovation solutions to be developed in two separate workshops in order to draft guideline documents for social workers and project managers.
